We have been training apprentices since 1931 in order to employ well-trained specialist staff after they have successfully completed their vocational training.
Our continuous training rate of around 10 % shows that we are “building on you”!

With motivated trainers, most of whom are long-standing members of the respective IHK examination boards, we guarantee you attractive and high-quality training, for which we have also been awarded the “Bergischer Ausbildungspreis”.

    We will then ask you to take a short online recruitment test.
    We will then invite you to a personal interview at our company so that you can get to know us and Dirostahl better.
