Our whistleblower system

Legal regulations, internal guidelines and our jointly developed code of conduct determine the values that we share as a family-run company steeped in tradition.

The success of our company also depends to a large extent on our reliability, honesty and integrity. In order to ensure that our organization’s conduct is ethical and compliant with the law, it is essential that we become aware of violations of the law and regulations.

We have therefore set up an externally operated internal reporting office in the form of this whistleblower system to clarify and prevent violations. This ensures maximum protection for whistleblowers, those affected and employees involved in investigating the reported misconduct. Discrimination against whistleblowers and all persons who contribute to investigations within the company is not permitted. Those affected are presumed innocent until the violation is proven. The investigations are carried out with the utmost confidentiality. The information is handled in a fair, expeditious and protected procedure.

All colleagues and our business partners (suppliers, customers, etc.) have the opportunity to report violations of laws, the Code of Conduct and guidelines – even anonymously.
