Our CEO Markus Lüke, on behalf of all ‘Dirojans’, would like to thank our customers and everyone involved in this event! A complete success in Remscheid, where we were once again able to present all our new and old manufacturing capabilities. The response shows that even in difficult times, good co-operation and customer loyalty are absolutely essential for business success. In addition to the many good discussions, we presented our production in various guided tours. The various technical presentations were particularly well received by our customers.
Our Production Manager Dr Sebastian Trute reported on the ‘art’ and technology of open-die forging. Our Dr Guido Mittler spoke about the use of artificial intelligence in capacity planning in heat treatment. Our Head of Quality, Dr Jan Nebel, reported on our strategy to avoid cracking after the forging process, which can be caused by hydrogen content in the forging. The topic of Co² reduction was of course not to be missed and was presented by Christoph Gollan. Dirostahl is already able to provide a verified Co² certificate for every forging.
Our customers were delighted with the entire event and, like us, are already looking forward to the next Dirostahl Days in Remscheid.
